As one of the founders of Atkins Capital Management, I’ve spent over 40 years in the financial services industry and currently serve as our Managing Partner. It is my great pleasure to work and build relationships with multi-generational families, individuals, and non-profits.
Prior to my current role, I was a Senior Vice President with Morgan Stanley in Memphis, where I served in both management and client advisory positions. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Arkansas State University and have been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional since 1992.
Outside the office, I am a longtime resident of Memphis, where I live with my wife, Renee. We have two grown children, Blake and Drew. In the community, I am the past board chair and currently serve on the board for Golden Cross Senior Ministries Foundation. As a longtime member of Christ United Methodist Church, I have served on the Church’s Executive Committee, Administrative Board, and past Chair of the Finance Committee. I have also served as past board chair for the Christ Methodist Day School, along with, past Treasurer and past President of Chickasaw Country Club. My personal interests include travel and golf.
